How well do different foods retain their heat?
Hypothesis:
If I heat up foods with more water in them and foods with less water in them then the foods with more water will retain their heat better.
Procedure
- I will get foods with different chemical properties( carb, veggie, meat) and cook them.
- When they are cooked I will use a thermometer to mesure the temperature of the food to see wich one retains its heat the longest.
- Then I will collect the data to put in the data table.
Conclusion
different foods retain their heat differently.For example, during my experement I proved that bread, because it has little mass or liquid, looses its heat more quickly then the strawberry pie which losses its heat faster than a piece of steak. So steak
